SCOTUS and 2016 Obama's Third Term

OK, so we all know that the president is required by the constitution to uphold the constitution. Also the constitution REQUIRES the president to nominate justices to the Supreme Court. Unlike others, I am not suggesting Obama may try to run for a 3rd term with a vacancy. I am suggesting he can CAMPAIGN for a 3rd term alongside the democrat nominee if there is a vacancy on Nov 2nd. Whilst Sanders or Hill may not mobilize the Obama coalition. The perception that Obama did no get his constitutional due will certainly mobilize his voters just as voters will still in line in Miami in 2012 to vote after the election was called in protest to the closing of polling stations and shortening of hours.
